GIRLS VARSITY TENNIS
Fremont Ross 3, Huron 2
HURON – Ross was winners in first and third singles and in first doubles as they beat Huron in a non-league match Monday evening.
Ava Smith took a 6-1, 6-0 victory over Huron’s Katie McKinney in first singles, while Becca Jensen won with an identical score of 6-1, 6-0 in third singles.
In first doubles, Morgan Shetzer and Trinity Smith disposed of Jaiden Borzon and Emma Studer with scores of 6-1, 6-2.
The Little Giants now stand at 7-9 on the season. Wednesday of this week, the Madam Littile Giants host Bellevue at 4:30pm.
