Findlay 6, Fremont Ross 1
FINDLAY – Fremont Ross scored first with Victor Martinez getting the goal. Findlay was able to score three goals before the half. The score could have been even more in Findlay’s favor if it were not for the defensive performance turned in by the Little Giants. Logan Baacke in net kept the Findlay scoring in check throughout the second half allowing the Trojans with only three additional goals.

Toledo Central Catholic 3, Fremont Ross 2
FREMONT – The tennis team welcomed Toledo Central Catholic to Little Giant Country
Tuesday afternoon.
Ava Smith ran into a buzz saw in Lucia Spinazze and was defeated 0-6, 0-6 in first singles.
Spinazze’s sister, Bella, had the same 0-6, 0-6 result with Fremont’s Kayla Lewis in second singles. Ross Sophomore, Becca Jensen, gave the Giants their first win in third singles. Jensen disposed of Central’s Alexa Gavdostik 7-5, 6-0.
While Ross’ first double team of senior Morgan Shetzer and junior Trinity Smith were defeated 4-6, 6-7 (4-7), Fremont’s second doubles of senior Alexis Huff and Jenna Gooslin were victorious with scores of 3-6, 6-3 and 6-3.
