Senior guard Dontrell Heard led the offensive charge with an impressive 22-point performance, showcasing his ability to attack the basket and score in critical moments. Junior forward Michael Stover complemented Heard’s efforts with 13 points, contributing key buckets that helped maintain the Little Giants’ lead throughout the game.
The defense proved to be the X-factor for Fremont Ross. Their relentless pressure stifled the Pirates’ offense, forcing turnovers that were quickly converted into fast-break points.
