FREMONT– The action at the Hawk Bucci Natatorium was fearse as the Little Giant Swim teams kept their undefeated streaks intact with wins over Toledo Whitmer and Oregon Clay Tuesday evening.

            In the Men’s meet the Little Giants defeated Whitmer 131-31 and downed Oregon Clay 121-45.  With the win, Fremont improved to 6-0 in the dual meet season.

            In the 200 Medley Relay the team of Blake Dymond, Quentin O’Brien, Logan Garza, and Lucas Garza swam to a win in 1:56.76.  The A team made up of Evan Beardmore, Parker Brown, Eliot Haitonic and Andrew Tooman were second in 1:57.53.

            The 200 free was the next event. It saw Evan Beardmore swim to victory in 1:58.57. Logan Garza was second in 2:00.84; Robert Rich and Eric Elder swam fourth and seventh with times of 2:07.03 and 2:10.67.

            In the 200 IM Eliot Haitonic swim second with a time of 2:18.90. Blake Dymond was fourth in 2:36.74.

            In the 50 free, Quentin O’Brien was the winner with a time of 24.08. Parker Brown (26.01), Lucas Garza (27.38), Zavier Lopez (27.72) and Colin Rich (31.73) were fourth, eighth, nineth and 13th respectfully.

            The men had one diver in the competition of six. Bryceton Sabo had a combined score of 103.25. The other five divers were Lady Giants. Their results are below.

            The swimming resumed with the 100 fly. In that race, Haitonic swam to victory with a time of 1:05.83. Blake Dymond was fifth in 1:15.53.

            Zavier Lopez swam third in the 100 free. Lopez’s time was 1:00.01. Swimming sixth, seventh and nineth respectfully were Jerrel Sims (1:04.52), Bryceton Sabo (1:09.15) and Colin Rich (1:09.69).

            The grueling 500 free was next. Evan Beardmore finished first in 5:32.96. Logan Garza and Robert Rich were second and fourth with times of 5:33.69 and 5:58.41.

            Taking a first place in the 200 free relay was the team of Quentin O’Brien, Blake Dymond, Parker Brown, and Robert Rich in 1:39.68.  Swimming fourth for Ross was the quartet of Eric Elder, Lucas Garza, Colin Rich, and Andrew Tooman with a time of 1:53.19.

            In the 100 back Eric Elder was second in 1:10.89. Following Elder were Andrew Tooman, third, and Jerrel Sims fourth. Tooman turned in a time of 1:16.23 and Sims time was 1:19.32.

            Quentin O’Brien was first in the 100 breast in 1:11.26. Parker Brown finished third in 1:22.10 and Lucas Garza was fourth in 1:29.13.

            The men took first and third in the final event, the 400 free relay. Evan Beardmore, Eliot Haitonic, Robert Rich, and Logan Garza won the event in 3:33.61. Ross also had the team of Zavier Lopez, Jerrel Sims, Andrew Tooman and Eric Elder with a third-place finish in 4:16.05.

            The Ladies had equal success in their twin victories darning the competition.  The Ladies dominated the meet with a 140-26 win over Whitmer and a 140-17 victory over Clay.

            Helping move their record to a perfect 7-0, were the following events.

in the 200 medley relay the team of Layla Mendoza, Kayla Lewis, Aubrey Pfotenhauer and Kenna Tooman swam to victory in 2:15.12.  The foursome of Virginia Dabrunz, Brenah Parker, Elayna Gray and Abigail Hush swam second in 2:29.30.

            Megan Evans was first in the 200 free in 2:11.95. Sydney Weickert was second in 2:21.85, Abigail Hush was sixth in 3:07.98 and Danika Denman was seventh in 3:12.31.

            Kamryn Krieger swam to victory in the 200 IM. Kriegers winning time was 2:27.73. Aubrey Pfotenhauer was second in 2:38.45.

            The Ladies swam to a 1-2-3-4 finish in the 50 free. Virginia Dabrunz was first in 28.85. Layla Mendoza, (29.16), Kenna Tooman (30.03) and Brenah Parker (30.33) completed the sweep.

            The action moved to the diving competition where it was five Little Giants competing during the action. Lexi Nelson was the winner with a combined score of 139.25. Peightyn Wolf was runner up with 120.25 points. Danika Denman was third (100.80), Ellie Grove fourth (92.05) and Sienna Steinberger fifth (73.75).

            Back to swim action, Channing Stevenson swam to a first-place finish in the 100 fly with a time of 1:03.71. Kayla Lewis was second in 1:15.78 and Elayna Gray finished third in 1:37.69.

            Virginia Dabrunz was the winner in the 100 free. Dabrunz covered the distance in 1:03.46. Aubrey Pfotenhauer was second in 1:03.57 and Kenna Tooman was third in 1:05.89.

            Continuing the dominating performance, Sydney Weickert was first in the 500 free in 6:04.20. Layla Mendoza was second in 6:07.56 and Abigail Hush was third in 8:27.40.

            Teams from Fremont were first and second in the 200 free relay. The quartet of Kamryn Krieger, Megan Evans, Virginia Dabrunz and Kenna Tooman won the event in 1:51.51. Swimming second was the foursome of Channing Stevenson, Sydney Weickert, Aubrey Pfotenhaueer and Layla Mendoza with a time of 1:53.0

            Channing Stevenson took first in the 100 back. Stevenson swam the event in 1:05.33. Kamryn Krieger was second (1:09.07) while Megan Evans finished third (1:09.13) and Brenah Parker was fourth in 1:16.21.

            Kayla Lewis swam to victory in the 100 breast. Lewis finished with a time of 1:18.48. Elayna Gray was fourth in 1:44.37.

            In the final event, the winning combination of Brenah Parker, Abigail Hush, Kayla Lewis and Elayna Gray swam to a 4:54.90.  The other Ross foursome of Kamryn Kreiger, Sydney Weickert, Megan Evans, and Channing Stevenson were disqualified.
