FREMONT – The Fremont Ross bowling teams were back on the lanes after the holiday break.

The Ross boys team rolled a season-high total of 2,380 but it was not enough to defeat a very good Perkins squad as the Pirates shot 2,907 as a team.

Brayden Ebinger led the charge for the Little Giants with games of 172 and 204 for a total of 376. Brody Abdoo added 167 and 163 for a 330 total. The loss dropped Ross’ record to 3-9.

The Lady Giants also lost to Perkins by a score of 1,994-1,412. Midori Ayres led Ross with games of 142 and 144 for a total of 286.  The loss dropped the girls’ record to 1-9.

The bowling teams are back on the lanes Wednesday at Seneca Lanes vs. Tiffin.  Bucyrus then comes to Fremont Friday at 4 p.m.
