FREMONT – For the third time in four matches, the Little Giant boys bowling team picked up a victory on Friday. And for the first time this season, the Lady Giants did the same.

Ross’ girls won their first match of the season, topping Old Fort by a total score of 1,499 pints to 1,079.

Midori Ayers led the Lady Giants with games of 143 and 144 for a 287 total in helping her team improve to 1-8 for the season.

The boys team defeated the Stockaders 2,197-1,773.

Zach Sowell led the Little Giants with season-high games of 188 and 242 for a 430 total. Brayden Ebinger (185, 192) added 377 while Alex Menkhoff (194, 174) totaled 369.

The Little Giants raise their record to 3-8 overall.
