OREGON – The Ross boys tennis team wasn’t about to let wind, cold or anything else keep the Little Giants from playing Tuesday. And when they hit the court, they wasted little time dispatching of TRAC foe Oregon Clay, 5-0.
The Little Giants swept the singles matches thanks to wins by Nils Nolte (No. 1 singles), Alex Thatcher (No. 2) and Drew Miller (No. 3).
In doubles play, the team of Sam Long and Trevor Weickert won No. 1 doubles by winning every game while Lucas Cronin and Ethan Moyer also rolled to a win at No. 2.
The Little Giants (7-2 overall, 2-2 TRAC) are back in action Wednesday when they host rival Sandusky.
